Grace Shen

Grace is a commercial strategist, sales practitioner, and organizational transformation leader with over 15 years of global experience spanning oil and gas, energy transition, mobility, and AI-enabled business growth. She holds an MBA from London Business School and currently leads Abeille.ai in Singapore—a human-led, AI-enabled sales coaching platform that empowers professionals to use AI to drive performance, innovation, and revenue impact.

A recognized thought leader and public speaker, Grace is passionate about helping people and organizations harness technology to unlock human potential and work smarter. She regularly advises leaders on commercial strategy, enterprise sales excellence, and practical AI adoption in real-world business environments.

Grace is especially committed to advancing women’s adoption of AI, driving this mission through her “Everyday AI for Everyday Women” workshop series, where she creates approachable, empowering spaces for women to build confidence and capability with emerging technologies.

Darren Manley

Darren Manley has spent more than three decades helping organisations navigate complexity at the intersection of technology, leadership, and change. His career includes leadership roles in a range of sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, where he led major digital transformations, recovered troubled programmes, and built new capabilities in environments with high stakes and high uncertainty.

As CIO for Te Whatu Ora – Northland, he modernised core clinical and operational systems, mobilised long-term investment in critical digital hospital platforms, and led the establishment of regional governance capabilities. As National Change Lead for Data & Digital, he helped unify 23 legacy entities into a single national organisation, establishing safe, interim operating processes for more than 2,500 staff.

Darren is recognised for his ability to bring strategic clarity to complex, shifting environments. He is motivated by purposeful work — focusing on outcomes that matter, teams that thrive, and impact that endures. Having completed the Chief Data, Analytics and AI Officer programme at the National University of Singapore, he now partners with leaders to use AI in ways that elevate people, strengthen capability, and create sustainable business success.
